Charles Dyson founded College Benefits Group, LLC in 1965 by designing and administering one of the first group voluntary insurance plans for a major university in the United States. His office was also the first to design and administer a cooperative group insurance plan for higher education consortia and their member institutions starting in 1975. His innovative and cooperative approach to delivering quality employee benefits to colleges, universities, associations and consortia is the the cornerstone to our organization. Charles is a graduate of the University of Connecticut.

Keith Chambery

Keith Chambery has over twenty five years in the group employee benefits industry. He has worked predominantly in the mid to large size case market and has extensive experience in the sales, service and marketing of fully-insured and self-insured group business. He has worked with a wide range of organizations and gained specialized experience with higher education and non-profit groups during his years with TIAA-CREF. Keith has the ability to help connect all business parties concerned in moving forward with positive cooperative growth, particularly in the group employee benefits arena. Keith is a graduate of St. Joseph’s College in Long Island, New York.

Rob Minearo has over twenty five years experience in transitioning and expanding businesses and organizations through proactive administrative and communications development. His consulting experiences encompass many business industries, associations, non-profits, and higher education. His knowledge and experience with cooperative endeavors has brought an extensive understanding to the firm. Rob is a graduate of San Jose State University in Silicon Valley, California.

Lesley Dyson has over twenty years experience in development and operational management, including human resources and member benefits in the non-profit arena. Her working knowledge and experience in cooperative administrative endeavors has brought to the firm an awareness of what it takes to meet the daily needs of a member benefits and administrative platform. Lesley is a graduate of Wellesley College where she was a Davis Scholar.
