NEW EMPLOYEE—SIXTY-DAY OPEN ENROLLMENT OPPORTUNITY:

Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (MetLife) and The Hartford Life Insurance Company have authorized College Benefits Group, LLC, to hold a new employee of UConn open enrollment October 1 through November 30, 2024, for guaranteed-issue MetLife Group Universal Life insurance and The Hartford disability insurance.

If you are an employee who was hired at UConn anytime between June 1, 2024, and November 30, 2024, you are eligible to enroll in Group Universal Life insurance, up to three times your annual salary guaranteed issue, without any health questions or medical background checks.

You will also have an opportunity to enroll in a Hartford disability insurance plan based on your state retirement plan, bargaining unit, and UConn title.
